But the basic point to be noted is that you not only have to do the exercises but also get a good diet along with it.   • Planks- Yes, Planks are the best way to burn fat at a speedy rate. So when you are up for it goes for the planks at least for 2 minutes per day. This will be painful at first but then gradually, you will get the effective results.

The minimum amount of time that you should put on for the mountain climber exercise would be 1 minute, but if you can exceed it then better for you and your body.
