LEARN HOW TO MAKE CORN POPSICLES AT HOME!Nergal Scott
Love food? Well who doesn’t? But due to the long cooking procedures sometimes we get away from eating food and order something from outside vendors. So today to help those foodies who would like to cook easy and quick along with some great taste should follow this simple yet most yummy recipe to spice up your evening.
Let’s start then. The things we will be needing are-
- 3 corns
- Water to boil
- Cotija cheese
- Chili lime salt
- Some sticks
As you saw the ingredients are really very simple, therefore we are certain that the recipe is going to be the same too.
Step 1: Take the corns and put them into the water to get boiled. Try to make the water boil nicely and then put the corns in it.
Step 2: After boiling it for 5 minutes, take out the corns and then put it up on a plate. Then use skewers/sticks to put inside the boiled corns.
Step 3: As you put the sticks into the corn they will look like corn Popsicles. Now what you have to do is apply melted butter on it thoroughly. Melted butter is quite easy to make. Take the butter on a pan and melt it until it takes liquid form.
After you apply the butter it will already start to look even tastier than before. The butter will make it more soft and put saltiness to the corns.
Step 4: after that what you have to do is going to make you drool over this recipe. That is the mayonnaise. Now who on earth don’t like mayonnaise right? Take out that mayonnaise on a bowl and then with the help of a spatula apply it over the corn evenly.
Step 5: Now the next step is apply cotija cheese over it. Cotija cheese us a cheese that has been derived from Mexico. Take the cheese and put it into crumbs state so that it gets stuck to the butter and mayonnaise. Crumble the cheese and then apply it over the entire corns to make them look just like this.
Step 6: The last step is to season it. Seasoning really depends upon your taste but if you want then you can take the seasoning I used in this recipe and that is the chili lime salt.
Chili Lime salt will give your corn taste the best with a bit of kick in the mouth of the both spices. After that your Corn Popsicles are ready to be served!
