The golf course of the resort is a panoramic view with 18 hole, par 71 golf course with a total playing distance of 6830 yards and is spread over 150 acres. The Burra Sahib’s Bungalow was purchased by the Barooahs from M/s George Williams & Co Ltd in 1969. It was originally used as a visiting agent’s bungalow by George Williamson at Sangsua. After it was owned by Barooahs, the chief executive officer of the group was using this bungalow. The steel structure of this bungalow was imported from the UK with 10,000 sq ft floor area. The bungalow had four bedrooms, a large sitting room and verandahs all around to soothe the climate.
